It is aways a pleasure to play against his team as I consider his team to be a benchmark as to how my team will perform. His teams are well coached and listening to him direct his teams during a game is a testament as to his coaching abilities. We, like the Pagen's, have held off on trying out for the Renegades because we know we would never get a better coach than Todd. He is supportive, on and off the field, in season or out. Our son and a Hornets teammate had a playoff baseball game this summer and Todd and his whole family, including his brother, who is an assistant coach, came out to cheer them on. That is not the type of support most kids get from their coach. We all know how very lucky we are to have him coaching and encouraging our kids. Congratulations, Todd!! Todd is a gem! We have held off for 2 years in pursuing the Renegades bacause of his passion and teaching skills with this team. He's dedicated both on and off the field and is always looking for a 'learning opportunity' to point out to the players when sitting on the bench during games. He commands their attention both on and off the field and they are willing and not forced to comply. We wouldn't have John play with any other team and feel honored to be apart of this great team.
