How to Register

All players who participate in a ROFC program must be registered through this on-line system - called Blue Sombrero.

All payments must be made via debit card or credit card as no checks or cash are accepted. This is for security purposes as we do not have a physical office to accept payments.

Please note if you do not get a confirmation e-mail, you are not registered.   

New Players
Click Register on top right of the screen and create an account in the New Customer Primary Contact section on the right side of the page.  Parents and legal guardians create the account under your name, and then add your player’s information on the subsequent pages.  Continue to the Registration paragraph below.

Existing Players
Click Log In on the top right of the screen and sign into your account in the Returning Customer section on the left side of the page.  There is a tool to retrieve your username or password if you forgot.

Registration
- Once logged in click the Register Now button under the player's name.   Available programs for each player will appear based on the player's birth date.

- Select the program (example) : ROFC Spring Recreational Program - Boys 5th Grade Soccer

- Click next and then next again to confirm the items in your Shopping Cart.

- Input the responses to all the additional questions and medical information required.  Please note that if you are requesting transfer to a specific team, you must complete a Player Transfer Request Form. 

- If you are interested in volunteering as a Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager for your player’s Recreational team you can select that option now.

- At the checkout input the credit / debit card information and agree to the terms and conditions.  Your billing statement will show a charge from Blue Sombrero - not ROFC.

- Click Submit Order.

- You will receive a confirmation email with further details.
